Title
Prior Information Notice: CL02623 MOD Health and Safety Mandatory Training TNA
Description
Capita Learning is looking to appoint for a supplier to provide a Health and Safety Mandatory Training TNA
To conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) which will look at the current suite of mandatory health and safety e-learning courses (approximately 11 different courses and Civil Service Learning Course) to establish how these can be condensed into a single mandatory training course for all Defence personnel and also where it may be sensible to retain bespoke thematic modules where targeted training is required to meet Defence Policy requirements (eg. Noise/Safety Risk).

The Directorate of Defence Safety (DDS) has identified the requirement to update the MOD Mandatory Health and Safety training, to provide a coherent, consistent and less burdensome approach to mandatory training. According to preliminary findings, there is a vast suite of courses that might be condensed into a more streamlined and user-friendly set of mandatory courses.

Please be aware that suppliers must submit their intention to participate on the Curtis Fitch portal prior to the 30th of July. Capita is moving its tendering process to a different system and Curtis Fitch will be closed. All interested suppliers will be invited on to the new system.
