Knowledgepool is looking to gather information for a provider to develop Learning Spotlight – Inspirational Speaker/Learning Experience our client the Natwest Group

Continue to create a learning culture. Desire to see more buzz around social engagement and colleagues being motivated to own their learning experiences. Self-directed learning – embed the need/approval for colleagues to be curious. Client will measure success from increase of social engagement from colleagues to more than 70%.

A need to have colleagues engaging as part of the ‘love learning’ internal network. This channel has already drawn 70% of colleagues engaging via facebook for business from previous events in this area. The client would like to continue to draw colleagues into the network with a quarterly inspiration speaker / experience.

Previous learning spotlight events that have been successful include: Inspirational Speakers: Jamil Qureshi / Kelly Holmes and creating a ‘mock’ pop video.
This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to alert interested Bidders of the RFI. We welcome responses from suitably qualified and experienced Bidders. Bidders will only receive access to the Tender documents after they have been published and no further information or notification will be available until then unless Bidders are advised otherwise.

We anticipate that the RFQ documents will be available on 08/04/2021 and Bidders will be notified when these have been released.
