Knowledgepool is looking to appoint a provider to develop and Provision of R SIGNALS Soldier Leadership Concept Role Analysis for the MOD

The RegCC is a 44-week course intended to prepare officer cadets (ocdts) for their first appointment in a unit. An updated version of the Formal Training Statement (FTS) was issued July 2019. The Training Performance Statement (TPS) now consists of 41 training objectives (TOs) and 353 Enabling Objectives (EOs).
RMAS requires the link from training objectives to lesson plans to be documented whilst taking advantage of the opportunity for betterment. This requires the creation of 220 EO level LSpecs and 133 lesson plans for the RegCC. This will provide assurance for the Training Delivery Authority (TDA) that the training being delivered is as per the requirement and in accordance with current doctrine.

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to alert interested Bidders of the opportunity. We welcome responses from suitably qualified and experienced Bidders.
