Two-Tiered Banking Relationship Management Qualification

There’s a critical need to support a small unique team of 60 Business Development Managers (BDM) and up to 60 Support staff from Broker Support Team (BST), BDM Support or LiveTALK agents who work within our NWIS (NatWest Intermediary Solutions) which forms part of our overall Home Buying and Ownership business area (HB&O). Their role is to look after and manage the relationship with circa 21000 registered brokers who recommend NatWest Mortgage products and Services. These brokers can be made up of a variety of professions including IFA’s, Estate Agents or solicitors. Looking to investigate and progress professional development or professional qualification for the BDM role and a lite version for the support staff. Keen to progress and investigate what professional development or qualification could be offered to support this pivotal role and support function.
